Shipping Policy

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in China. We process orders Monday through Friday.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing.

Delivery Time

International orders typically arrive within 12–22 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
